岗位职责：
1、设计并实现电机控制算法（如FOC矢量控制、弱磁控制、MTPA控制），优化系统动态响应及能效‌；
2、负责电机控制器应用层软件架构设计，包括实时控制、数据处理、OTA更新及参数存储功能开发‌；
3、实现CAN、RS485等通讯协议代码，支持与整车/上位机的数据交互‌；
4、搭建MIL/HIL/SIL测试环境，完成控制策略的仿真验证及故障诊断功能开发‌；
5、参与电机标定、台架测试及整车调试，解决如电磁干扰、温升等工程问题‌；
6、配合硬件团队完成软硬件协同调试，优化代码实时性及内存占用‌；
7、支持量产产品EOL测试软件开发及维护，确保生产一致性‌；
8、编写技术文档（设计说明、测试报告等），协助制定行业标准及专利布局；
9、完成领导交待的其它工作。
任职要求：
1、本科以上学历，电力电子、电气工程等相关专业，硕士研究生优先考虑；
2、3年以上新能源汽车电机控制算法或应用层软件开发经验，有量产经验优先；
3、精通FOC矢量控制、PID调节、弱磁控制、MTPA（*大转矩电流比）等核心算法，熟悉无传感器控制技术‌；
4、掌握MATLAB/Simulink建模及代码生成，熟练使用C/C++语言进行嵌入式开发；
5、熟悉AUTOSAR架构，ISO 26262功能安全标准，掌握标定工具（如CANape）；
6、具备较强的抗压能力，逻辑思维能力，具备软件子项目管理经验者优先；
7、条理清晰、沟通表达能良好，团队合作流畅，英语CET-4及以上等级。
