岗位职责:
1.负责水务核心业务的后端开发与维护，参与需求分析、方案设计
2.负责系统性能优化与问题排查，包括数据库查询优化、缓存策略调整、接口响应速度提升，快速定位并解决线上技术故障;
3.与前端、测试、产品等团队紧密协作，参与需求评审与迭代规划，清晰理解业务需求并转化为技术实现，推动功能按时上线;
4.配合前端开发人员完成接口联调与系统集成。
任职要求：
1、本科及以上学历，计算机科学、软件工程等相关专业;
2、5年以上JAVA后端开发经验，有水务领域系统开发工作经验优先
3、精通JAVA语言，熟练使用SpringBoot、SpringCloud等主流开源框架,对微服务架构和分布式系统有深入理解
4、熟悉PostgreSQL数据库，具备表结构设计、索引优化及SQL调优能力，了解Redis等缓存技术的基本使用，有过国产数据库使用经验优先
5、具备良好的编码规范和代码质量意识，逻辑思维清晰，能独立分析并解决常见技术问题
6、有Docker/Kubernetes容器化部署经验
