2、培训经历：成本分析、CAD制图等培训经历优先。
3、工作经验：3-5年相关工作经验。
4、专业工作经验：具备结构件开发工作经验。
5、同等职位工作经验：具备电机/减速器同行业开发采购经验优先。
6、任职知识与技能：具备结构件成本核算能力、各类结构件和整机供应商选点定点议价谈判经验。
