岗位职责：
1、参与电机控制器需求分析，负责电机控制器的结构设计工作，包括结构开发、试验计划、设计开发文档、试验测试、BOM管理等工作；
2、具备结构三维图设计、二维图设计、流道设计、热仿真能力，掌握震动、压力仿真工具尤佳。
3、负责与供应商技术交流电机控制器所有零部件的加工制造工艺，并跟进确认供应商零件的开模方案，以及技术状态认可；
4、跟进样机进度和质量，主导样机装配验证并跟进后续生产问题；
5、负责控制器新架构、新结构、新工艺的研究，以及现有控制器的升级改造。
6、领导安排的其他工作。

职位要求：
1、机械、材料、车辆工程等相关专业，本科及以上学历；
2、具有3年以上电力电子产品开发经验，或者2年以上电控结构开发经验，有知名企业电控结构设计经验者优先考虑，特别优秀者可放宽限制；
3、精通钣金、铸造、焊接、冲压、注塑、压接金属表面处理等相关工艺；
4、熟悉紧固件，导热材料，密封件，压铸件注塑件等零件设计要求和规范；
5、熟悉电机控制器生产组装工艺以及异常处理流程流程；
6、熟练使用Creo、PRO/E、Solidworks、CAXA、CAD等设计绘图软件；
7、具有较强的学习能力，能够快速掌握新技术和新方法，以适应不断变化的市场需求；
8、有良好的团队合作精神
