岗位职责：
1、负责新产品的成本目标制定与落地，确保产品在开发阶段即达到成本控制标准；
2、执行量产产品的成本监督工作，持续优化成本结构，提高生产效率和降低成本；
3、管理订单全流程，包括但不限于订单接收、审核、分配、跟踪以及异常处理等，确保订单的准确性和及时性；
4、进行计划管理，包括生产计划、物料采购计划等，确保生产计划的有效实施和物料供应的充足；
5、协调生产部门与供应链部门的工作，确保生产计划的顺利进行；
6、分析生产过程中的各项数据，提供有效的成本管理和生产优化建议。
7.组织各部门会议，及时同步各项信息，保证项目交付。
岗位要求：
1、本科及以上学历；
2、具备10年以上的生产计划或物料管理相关工作经验，其中至少5年为PMC经理级别-汽车电驱动产品经验；
3、精通订单管理的所有功能，能够独立完成从订单接收至*终交付的全过程管理；
4、熟悉计划管理的所有功能，具有较强的计划编制和执行能力；
5、具有较强的成本意识，能够有效制定并监督成本目标的实现；
6、具备良好的沟通协调能力和团队管理经验，能够在多部门协作中发挥关键作用；
7、熟练使用相关ERP系统和数据分析工具，具有一定的数据分析能力；
8、具备较强的解决问题能力和应变能力，能在压力下保持高效工作。
