岗位职责：
1. 负责设备日常点检、巡线工作；
2. 负责设备的预防性维护保养、润滑等工作；
3. 负责设备维修工作，保证设备的开动率；
4. 设备安装调试、设备水平、精度调试等工作；
5. 设备大修、抢修等工作；
6. 参与新设备/新线体机械安装、找平、对中、精度调试；
7. 配合研发自制、修改部分工装、夹具等工作；
8. 机械备件管理工作；
9. 备件统计、提报等；
10.协助设备升级、改造；
11.领导安排的其它工作。
任职要求：
1. 具有工厂设备维修、保养、设备安装调试5年以上工作经验；
2. 熟悉常用机械、液压设备，并了解其工作原理；
3. 精通轴承、丝杠、导轨、齿轮、密封件拆装调校；
4. 熟悉气动、液压基础结构，可排查简易机械故障；
5. 会一般焊接，有焊工证优先；
6. 懂常规的电路知识；
7. 思维敏捷，具有较好的自学能力及上进心；
8. 看懂机械图纸、装配图纸，掌握划线、锯削、锉削等基础工艺；
9. 有电机行业设备维修经验优先（如：动平衡、绕线机、滴漆机等）；
10. 熟悉设备安装调试流程；
11. 抗压能力强，年龄30-45岁。
