岗位职责：
1.负责建立、完善并执行公司EHS管理体系，确保公司安全、消防、环保和职业健康、易制毒易制爆等危化品的工作符合相关法规要求；
2.负责公司EHS年度目标制定和实施监控，安全风险分级管控、事故隐患排查治理双重预防机制的建立、完善并形成台账；
3.开展公司内部日常安全巡查工作，发现并跟踪问题，提出改进建议后整改落地；
4.加强日常安全管理、建立、完善公司突发事件制度，编制事故应急预案编制和演练工作；
5.负责公司环保设施的运行管理和维护，确保污染物排放达标；
6.负责EHS相关的外部沟通和内部协调工作，配合派出所、安监局、环保局等监管机构的检查与对接工作，按规定收集、统计、上报各类材料信息，对接跟踪问题并进行优化和改进；
7.兼管实验室设备维护、维修和报修。

任职要求:
1.本科及以上学历，环境工程、安全工程等相关专业；
2.3年以上医药、化合物或CRO等行业的EHS相关工作经验，熟悉EHS相关法规和标准，具有设备维修管理经验；
3.具有注册安全工程师证书优先，具备安全生产的实际现场管理能力；
4.具备较强的责任心和执行力，能够独立解决EHS相关问题；
5.良好的沟通协调能力和团队合作精神。
