岗位职责：
1.法律审核。对公司合同、规章制度、重要决策等进行法律审核工作，审核率达100%，对于有法律风险的合同或其他文件提出修改意见或提示法律风险，不出现因法律审核疏漏、过失引起的经济损失或者纠纷、诉讼等事项。
2.涉诉事项处理。办理或协助外部律师处理公司诉讼/仲裁案件，充分利用法律赋予的各项权利，努力通过诉讼手段收回欠款或减少损失，努力实现公司利益化；管理公司涉诉案件，完成涉诉案件信息的备案、统计及披露等工作。
3.业务干作的法律支撑。根据公司业务单位及职能部门工作需要，为公司各项经营活动提供法律支撑，对将来可能发生诉讼或者已经发生纠纷但尚未进入诉讼的项目提供法律支撑工作、提供法律意见等。
4.独立或协助集团、上级单位完成内部审计工作。
任职要求：
1.了解并熟练掌握公司治理、合同管理、知识产权、劳动人事、诉讼仲裁，国资监管和证券监管等方面的法律法规，为公司的各类经营活动提供法律支撑。
2.了解审计基本知识，能够独立承担简单的内部审计任务。
3.熟练操作各类办公软件，能够适应公司的办公自动化环境。
4.具备较强的组织协调、公文写作、沟通表达和学习能力。
