1、以公司战略为核心，全面负责公司财务管理工作，包含战略财务、财务分析、财务核算、日常财务管理、税务统筹等。
2、根据公司财务状态及业务发展，为公司重大决策提供合理有效的财务分析，定期向管理层提供公司财务状况和经营结果的分析报告。
3、建立健全公司财务管理体系，推动财务管理体系化建设，制定适应业务及公司发展的财务管理体系。
4、负责公司财务管理及内部控制，监督和管理税务、审计等工作，确保公司财务合规性。
5、进一步完善和规划财务资金管理、税筹统筹、预算管理等工作。
6、进一步完善资金管理体系，保证公司的资金流与公司的发展，确保公司整体保持良好的财务状况。
7、管理财务团队，包括团队人员目标管理、绩效考核、人员培训、工作指导等。
8、负责公司融资等事宜。
任职要求：
1、国家统招本科及以上学历，具有相关财务资格证书，高级会计师资格及以上或CPA优先。
2、10年以上财务管理工作经验，其中3年以上互联网零售电商平台或相关行业CFO或者财务负责人职位经验，电商、互联网、新零售行业优先。
3、具有全面的财会专业理论知识、现代企业管理知识，熟悉财务相关法律法规、企业财务
4、具备优秀的财务分析预测、风险防范能力；具备丰富的财务管理经验及敏锐的洞察力和数据感觉；
5、高度的职业道德和诚信；责任心强，沟通协作能力强。
