岗位要求：
1、熟悉连接器制程经验（HDMI/TYPE-C/FPC/RJ45/DP/光纤等），3年以上连接器装配PE经验；
2、能熟练制定标准工时、标准流程图、SOP；
3、掌握IE 改善手法（ECRS和七大手法），人因工程；
4、擅长产线制程改善、流程再造（BPR）；
5、沟通能力强，良好的计划能力、组织能力。
