【岗位要求】

1. 了解机构所开展的生态环境监测工作范围内的相关专业知识，特别是熟悉水土环境检测，熟悉生态环境监测领域的质量管理要求；

2. 有能力全面负责本公司质量管理工作，保证质量方针和目标的落实；

3. 有能力组织编写、宣贯、修订质量手册和程序文件；负责监督受控文件的控制情况；

4. 负责内审工作，包括编制内审计划、组织内审实施、签发内审报告；

5. 参与管理评审，负责编制管理评审计划和评审报告，并协助管理层实施；

6. 负责人员培训计划的制订、培训工作的组织与协调，组织管理体系及相关知识的培训；

7. 审批实验室比对和能力验证计划并协调组织实施；

8. 负责组织质量记录格式的设计、编制，批准质量记录格式等；

9. 工作认真，细心沉稳，能够胜任一定压力下的工作，根据需要加班；有一定的管理、协调能力，很强的执行力与责任感；

10. 有良好的团队合作的精神；

11. 熟练使用电脑及常用办公软件。

【工作内容】

1. 负责本公司管理体系的策划和组建，组织管理体系文件的制定和修订，维持管理体系的有效性；

2. 对不合格项进行控制；审批纠正措施和预防措施，并组织跟踪验证执行情况；

3. 组织处理客户投诉和重大质量问题；

4. 负责公正性和诚实性的处理与控制，负责技术保密工作；

5. 负责质量监督计划的制定与实施；

6. 完成公司领导及上级领导交办的其它工作。
