岗位职责Responsibility：
1.负责工厂整体5S目视化工作推进及标准制定；be responsible ffactory 5s visual management standardization
2.辅助部门负责人列举精益项目、协助领导相应精益团队逐步开展精益生产活动，为公司生产创建增值活动，包括但不限于：Assist the department leader to discuss list lean activities, lead the corresponding lean team to gradually carry out lean activities, make add-value activities fthe production & company, including but not limited to:
1） 针对特定人群的精益基础知识培训 lean basic knowledge training ffixed group personal
2） 协助制作精益可行性年度活动计划，并按照计划推进相应活动，Assist in the preparation of lean feasibility annual activity plan, implementation the approved corresponding activities
3） VSM分析改进活动，Value Stream Mapping activities developing
4） 精益生产体系成熟度评价活动，Lean production system maturity evaluation activities
5） 现场产线七大浪费识别改进活动，Seven waste identification improvement activities fall the production lines
6） 降成本活动 ，Cost down activities listing implementation
7） 领导指定的特定改善活动，specific improvement activities as specified by leader
8） 参与监测、改进、完善生产指标Participate in monitoring, improving production indicators
9）月度精益活动报告Making monthly lean activities related report
3.所管辖产线的相应IE工作；Corresponding IE work of the production line under responsibility
1） 负责新产品制造系统的规划，根据客户要求，评估产能，制定工作台和试验设备的采购计划及制造；编制生产现场布置图、生产工艺及其它相关文件；be responsible fintroducing new working bench equipment \fixture\tooling, establish layout、WI so on
2） 设计或采购批量生产用的工装工具等；Design purchase tooling fmass production
3） 组织装配产品的小批试制；organize the pilot run fnew product.
4） 设计包装；package design
5） 生产线过程能力分析, 优化并不断提高过程能力；time balance, optimize process
6） 车间问题及时处理解决workshop problem solving
7） 装配过程质量问题分析和客户反馈的质量问题分析, 优化并不断提高质量水平；enhance the product quality according to internal external feedback
8） 分析产品缺陷，过程改进；analysis product defect, improve process.
9） 工人基本技能培训；workshop workers training
10）按时完成领导交办的其它工作任务。Be responsible forganizing implementing other works assigned by company management.
11）对应管辖产线的新产品开发导入工作（布局方案、工时、试制）；NPI related work（layout、cycle time &T.T define、pilot run manage，others activities by cooperation with current IE）
12）对应所管辖产线布局、物流管理及改进Layout & material flow improvement with Corresponding production line
13）对应管辖产线的工时管理与改进Working sheet manage capacity improve with Corresponding production line
14）其它必要工作Others necessary work
任职资格qualification：
1.大学本科及以上学历，机械或者IE相关专业；above bacheldegree, mechanic IE field
2.具有5年以上IE及lean工作经验；above 5 years experience on IE & lean
3.熟悉各类泵制造流程；familiar with pump manufacture
4.出色的团队合作能力和项目管理能力；project manage skill team work ability
5.具有良好的英语阅读和写作能力优先；能熟练应用AutoCAD等设计软件；good English skill flistening\reading\speaking\writing, familiar with Autocad.
6.善于交流，勇于技术革新和创新，具有团队协作和敬业精神，具有较强的工作责任心和事业心。Be good at communication, passion finnovation, team work spirit strong responsibility
7.丰富的精益生产知识以及精益活动推进能力With good knowledge of lean production ability to promote lean activities
