岗位职责
1.参与智能体平台后端核心模块的设计、开发与优化，包括但不限于：
Agent 运行时引擎、工作流执行引擎、节点插件系统
LLM 大模型调用、Prompt 管理、工具（Tool）集成与调度
数据管道、知识库、记忆管理等核心功能
2.对接主流在线模型服务（OpenAI、通义千问、智谱等）及本地推理框架（vLLM、LightLLM等），保证框架的兼容性与稳定性；
3.参与平台插件生态建设，制定插件开发规范与 SDK，支持第三方节点快速接入；
4.参与平台部署架构设计，支持多种计算平台（K8s、云服务等）的任务调度与资源管理，确保应用的一键部署能力；
5.跟踪业界前沿技术，评估并引入适合的技术方案；
6.参与客户现场技术支持与项目交付，根据客户需求进行定制化开发与技术方案设计。
任职要求
1.计算机、软件工程、人工智能等相关专业本科及以上学历；
2.5年以上Python开发经验，具备扎实的Python编程功底，熟悉Python异步编程、多进程/多线程机制；
3.熟悉主流大模型应用开发框架，熟悉LangChain生态优先（如LangChain、LangGraph、LlamaIndex等）；
4.了解LLM基本原理，有Prompt Engineering、Function Calling、Agent开发经验者优先；
5.有RAG（检索增强生成）系统开发经验，熟悉向量数据库（Milvus、FAISS等）、文档解析、Embedding模型者优先；
6.具备良好的代码设计能力，熟悉面向对象编程、设计模式，有开源项目贡献经验者加分；
7.熟悉Git、Docker、Linux操作系统，有K8s或Slurm集群使用经验者优先；
8.具备良好的沟通能力与团队协作精神，能够与产品、算法团队高效配合；
9.能够接受出差，支持客户现场技术支持与项目交付工作。
