【岗位职责】

1. 负责军事决策领域大模型智能体开发，基于大模型规划调度多智能体，运用下挂的领域专业模型、知识库/RAG、工具插件，实现高质量业务决策；

2. 配合产品团队持续迭代智能体框架，定位客户场景下的问题，提升效果；

【任职要求】

1. 硕士及以上学历（211/985)，计算机科学、软件工程、人工智能等相关专业；

2. 精通 Python 语言，具备扎实的算法设计能力和代码工程能力；

3. 深入理解大模型的评估、选型、部署、优化、数据闭环等全流程，能够把握并优化系统关键环节；

4. 有智能体开发经验，熟悉 LangGraph、AutoGen 等主流智能体框架中的至少一种，理解其核心概念及原理；

5. 能从项目整体视角进行思考，具备优秀的沟通能力和团队合作精神；

6. 拥有积极的学习态度、较强的动手能力和钻研精神。
