STC’s Germany Frontenhausen Facility

An international consumer products testing, certification inspection company, STC (www.stc.group), with headquarters in Asia, is looking fhigh caliber candidates to fill the position of General Manager. The successful candidate is expected to be posted at STC’s Frontenhausen facility (near Munich).

Responsibilities
61 Oversee manage the operations of STC Germany.
61 Evaluate improve operations financial performance.
61 Formulate implement departmentalganizational policies procedures to maximize output.
61 Identify address problems opportunities fthe company.
61 Develop new customers in consumer products testing compliance regulatory field.
61 Working with retailers, buyers which in turn to trigger their assigned factories in China Asia to do product testing at STC’s laboratories.
61 Promote enhance STC’s image in Germany.
61 Work closely with the global sales key account team to develop new customers.
61 Plan,ganize direct business activities to drive achieve set targets.
Qualifications Required
61 Degree in Marketing, Science Engineering related disciplines.
61 Understanding of operation business principles.
61 At least 10 years of relevant working experience, preferably in a third-party laboratory testing, inspection certification industry.
61 Excellent problem solving, communications leadership skills.
61 Able to communicate effectively with various parties.
61 Fluent in English, preferably German as well.
