任职资格：
1. 本科及以上学历，机械制造、金属材料、热加工相关专业优先。
2. 8年以上机械行业生产管理经验，3年以上热加工领域全面生产管理经验；
3. 熟悉铸造/锻造/热处理等工艺流程及关键控制参数；
4. 精通生产计划编制与调度方法，能灵活应对产能波动；
5. 熟悉精益生产、现场管理、TPM、5S等管理工具；
6. 具备较强的工艺分析与问题解决能力；
7. 擅长人员激励与梯队建设；
8. 具备良好的沟通协调能力、抗压能力与执行力。
9. 熟练使用Office办公软件及生产管理系统；
10. 责任心强、细致严谨、注重团队合作，能在快节奏环境中保持高效产出。
