岗位职责：

1.主导数据中心相关网络协议的软件架构设计、实现和性能优化。
2.负责和数据中心网络质量相关的算法设计与实现，如PFC，ECN，INT等
3.对数据面转发流程、流量控制路径优化，降低延迟，提升吞吐量。
4.跟踪业界*新技术，研究并将其应用于我司产品，解决算力网络中的痛点。
5.领导攻关复杂的技术难题，如在在协议交互和流量性能方面。
6.指导和培养软件开发工程师，评审代码和技术方案，提升整个团队的技术水平。

能力要求：

1. 5年以上网络协议开发经验，3年以上数据中心交换机协议/算法架构经验。有处理超大规模数据中心网络问题经验者优先。
2. 精通PFC、ECN的工作原理、有实际解决相关问题的成功经验。
3. 精通TCP/IP协议栈，深刻理解数据中心 overlay 技术，对拥塞控制算法有深入研究和实践。
3.具有深厚的数据面开发经验，熟悉交换机芯片的流量处理管道、包缓存管理、队列调度机制。
4.精通C/C++，具备较强的系统级调试和性能剖析能力（如使用perf, ftrace, Wireshark等工具）。
5. 具备强烈的问题导向思维，能从客户场景和网络问题中抽象出算法需求，提出有效解决方案。
6. 学历要求：计算机科学、电子工程或相关专业本科及以上学历，网络相关方向尤佳。

优先考虑：

· 有RDMA（RoCEv2）网络调优经验，熟悉如何配置交换机构建无损网络。
· 有AI/ML训练集群网络或高性能计算（HPCA）网络开发经验。
· 对DCN（数据中心网络）的流量调度、负载均衡技术有深入研究。
