工作职责：
1. 参与流程咨询项目工作，指导项目团队具体流程梳理优化办法，以协助经理有效推进项目质量、进度及客户满意度；
2. 指导团队对客户金融机构的对公（公司）、零售（个人）、金融市场与同业业务、财务、人力、风控、运营业务与运营体系，所进行的流程梳理优化；
3. 具备丰富的风控经验，可识别并明确流程中的操作、合规、案件风险，以及对应缓释措施；
4. 可亲自撰写流程，并协助经理进行流程检审；
5. 指导项目团队成员完成咨询项目的实施及交付工作；
6. 协助经理优化流程咨询模块产品、工具和方法，提高流程梳理咨询生产技术及标准。
任职要求:
1.本科及以上学历；
2.10年以上相关工作经验；
3.具有金融机构（如银行、证券、信托、保险）流程梳理优化方面相关经验；
4.具有其中一项或多项经验：零售业务、对公业务、金融市场业务、信贷管理、人力财务、风险流程梳理等优先；
5.具备银行操作与合规风险、信贷风险相关知识；
6.具有良好的团队合作意识与高质量交付的专业能力。
