工作内容：
1、物料采购：
负责公司相关物料的采购工作，包括但不限于原材料、零部件、设备等。确保采购的物料符合公司质量标准和生产需求。
2、供应商管理：
参与供应商的认证和评估，与供应商建立并维护良好的合作关系。定期对供应商进行绩效评估，确保供应商的稳定供货能力和产品质量。
3、市场行情掌握：
掌握相关物料的市场行情，对关键原材料进行成本分析。根据市场行情变化，及时调整采购策略，降低采购成本。
4、合同管理：
负责与供应商签订采购合同，并督促合同的如期履行。确保采购订单的准时下达和交货，跟踪进度及交货情况。
5、采购计划制定：
根据项目需求制定采购计划，确保项目顺利进行。合理安排采购进度和人力，提高采购效率。
6、报表与分析：
定期进行采购报表的编制和采购分析，为管理层提供决策支持。分析采购成本、供应商绩效等关键指标，提出改进建议。
7、部门协调：
与其他部门（如生产、质量、财务等）保持良好的沟通和协调，确保采购工作的顺利进行。协助部门经理督促各专项工作。
8、库存管理：根据生产计划和库存情况，合理安排采购数量和库存水平。
职位要求：
1、本科及以上学历，机械、电气、理工科等相关专业背景。
2、具备机械加工基础知识，熟悉机械零部件的生产工序及过程控制。
3、熟悉ISO9001/TS16949经验者优先。
4、3年以上机械制造业或相关行业的采购经验，能够看懂和绘制机械图纸，熟练使用AUTOCAD、Solidwork等机械设计软件优先。
5、工作积极主动，办事严谨，吃苦耐劳，有较强的抗压能力
6、具有良好的职业道德，能够诚信、公正、廉洁地履行采购职责
