2. 配合开展员工关系相关辅助工作，如员工入职/离职手续办理指引、人事档案整理归档、劳动合同基础管理，协助组织员工关怀活动。
3. 协助完成人事部门日常行政事务，包括会议纪要整理、招聘物料领用登记、跨部门基础沟通协调，保障部门日常工作高效推进。
4. 参与企业招聘渠道维护与拓展的基础工作，协助收集行业招聘动态、竞品招聘信息，辅助撰写招聘文案、优化招聘流程相关建议初稿。

岗位要求
1. 本科及以上学历，工科专业在读大学生，机械相关专业有限，能保证至少2个月全职实习。
2. 了解人力资源基础模块（尤其是招聘模块）者优先，对人事工作有浓厚兴趣，愿意主动学习HR相关知识与实操技能。
3. 熟练操作Office办公软件，具备基础的简历筛选能力与数据整理分析能力，工作细致严谨，有良好的文字表达能力。
4. 具备良好的沟通协调能力、团队协作意识，积极主动，责任心强，能快速响应工作安排并高效完成任务。
