岗位职责:
1、产品立项阶段,可测性评估，测试平台评估
2、产品CP,FT的测试硬件准备
3、测试程式的开发、调试
4、测试数据的收集、分析
5、量产产品的维护，包括硬件的维修与更换，软件的优化与版本升级
6、量产中异常的处理，良率、测试时间优化以及质量问题的处理
7、每天在线产品测试情况跟踪汇总、异常情况的及时反馈及处理
8、配合研发完成相关验证及数据收集需求

任职要求：
1、 3年及以上ATE测试程式开发经验，能熟练使用一种以上主流ATE开发测试，熟悉V50、S100、Chroma3360平台者优先
2、熟悉IC测试方法及原理，有存储器、MCU测试开发经验者优先
3、熟悉IC制造生产流程、熟悉CP、FT测试生产流程
4、具有封测厂TE工作经验者优先
5、具有汽车电子芯片 ATE 测试经验者优先
6、熟悉集成电路的设计、测试、质量控制、可靠性等相关知识
7、具有高度的责任心与执行力，具有出色的组织协调能力、人际沟通能力
