岗位职责：

2. 负责加工前的准备工作：包括核对零件图纸、检查原材料规格及质量、安装调试夹具、刀具，设定机床参数（如转速、进给量、切削深度等），确保符合加工要求；
3. 严格执行工艺规程和操作规范，确保加工精度（如尺寸公差、形位公差等），对加工后的零件进行自检（如使用卡尺、千分尺、百分表等工具），并记录检验结果；
4. 负责加工过程中的设备监控：观察机床运行状态，及时发现异常（如异响、振动、刀具磨损等），并采取应急措施（如停机检查），必要时上报班组长或技术人员；
5. 维护保养设备及工具：定期清洁加工中心，润滑关键部件，整理刀具、夹具等辅助工具，确保设备及工具处于良好状态；
6. 遵守车间安全管理规定：正确佩戴劳保用品（如安全帽、防护眼镜、手套等），规范操作设备，避免安全事故；
7. 记录生产数据：如实填写《生产日报表》《设备运行记录表》等，统计加工数量、合格率等信息；
任职条件：
1. 学历与专业：初中及以上学历，机械制造、数控技术、模具设计与制造等相关专业优先；
2. 技能要求：
- 具备1年以上加工中心操作经验，能独立看懂机械图纸（如零件图、装配图）及工艺文件（如工序卡、刀具卡）；
- 熟悉加工中心的基本结构、工作原理及操作流程，能熟练操作常见系统（如FANUC、SIEMENS、三菱等）；
- 掌握常用量具（卡尺、千分尺、量规等）的使用方法，能进行基本的零件精度检验；
- 了解常见金属材料的切削性能，能根据材料选择合适的刀具及切削参数；
