岗位职责
1.负责产品PCB Layout设计，优化高速线，确保符合SI、PI及EMC要求。
2.完成PCB设计规则检查，生成Gerber文件、钻孔文件等生产文件，对接厂家跟进投板量产，提供生产支持。
3.建立维护PCB封装库、元器件库;编写PCB设计相关技术文档，整理电路板设计经验并优化设计规范。
4.与各相关部门协作，确保PCB设计符合产品要求，推动产品从研发到量产落地。
5.跟踪储能新能源行业领域PCB设计新技术新工艺，优化设计方案。
6.能够高效和高质量的完成PCB Layout工作。

任职资格:
1.大专及以上学历，具备5年以上UPS、储能等大功率PCB Layout设计经验，有MentVX2.3相关电路板设计经验者优先。
2.精通MentVX2.3、Allegro等主流PCB设计软件及CAM350辅助工具，熟悉PCB制造、SMT工艺及IPC相关标准
3.具备高速数字、超低噪声模拟电路Layout实战经验，了解SI、PI基础设计与优化，能解决电路板电磁兼容问题
4.能看懂元器件datasheet，熟悉常用元器件特性及封装；
5.了解模拟/数字电路基础，熟悉常用接口及电源电路设计，适配低功耗、抗干扰设计需求者优先。
