7、代码实现逻辑清晰，核心业务逻辑与辅助功能解耦，工具类/通用方法独立封装，支持复用扩展；
8、善于思考，具备良好的分析问题和解决问题能力。对开发过程中遇到的问题，要有清晰的思路，能提出可行方案。具备较强的思维逻辑能力，善于分析、归纳、沟通、解决问题；
