工作职责:
1. 制定并执行广东地区采购与仓储管理策略，优化区域供应链流程；
2. 统筹区域内各仓库的日常运营，监督物料入库、存储、发放及盘点工作；
3. 负责区域供应商资源的开发、评审与管理，建立并维护区域合格供应商体系；
4. 监控区域采购执行与库存状况，处理重大异常问题，确保物资及时供应；
5. 协调跨城市、跨部门的仓储与采购协作，提升区域物流效率；
6. 组织区域仓储合规检查与审计，确保符合GMP及公司制度；
7. 负责区域仓储团队的建设、培训与绩效考核；
8. 编制区域采购与仓储分析报告，为管理层提供决策支持；
9. 完成上级交办的其他区域统筹管理工作。
任职资格:
1. 本科及以上学历，药学、供应链管理、物流类相关专业优先；
2. 5年以上制药行业采购或仓储管理经验，其中至少2年为区域或多点管理经验；
3. 精通GMP及相关药品仓储法规，具备较强的合规管理能力；
4. 熟练使用ERP/WMS系统及Office办公软件；
5. 具备良好的团队管理、跨区域协调和数据分析能力；
6. 能适应广东地区范围内短期出差。
