工作职责:
1.协助生物制剂车间经理确保车间严格按工艺规程和操作规程进行生产操作、物料贮存，以保证药品质量；
2.协助生物制剂车间经理负责批生产记录、批包装记录、辅助记录的审核和管理；
3.协助生物制剂车间经理监督、指导厂房和设备的日常维护保养，以保持其良好的运行状态；
4.协助生物制剂车间经理负责对车间生产相关人员进行必要的上岗培训和继续培训；
5.协助生物制剂车间经理监督车间各岗位的卫生状况，使其始终符合GMP要求；
6.协助生物制剂车间经理协同质量部门对所有重大偏差进行调查、分析，并制定有效的纠正与预防措施；
7.协助生物制剂车间经理监督确保各生产车间严格执行安全生产工作；
8.协助生物制剂车间经理进行有效的生产管理，确保生产过程中所使用的各种物料符合物料平衡设定的限度，生产质量、数量、成本的各项指标的顺利完成；
9.协助生物制剂车间经理负责车间生产的统计工作，及时准确的完成生产月报表；
10.在IPC缺岗或无法兼顾的工作时，可履行IPC工作职责，对相关岗位进行巡查和检查及批准生产。
11.完成领导交办的其它工作。
任职资格:
1.具有药学或相关专业以上大专学历（或初级专业技术职称）。
2.具有至少二年从事药品生产的实践经验，接受过与所生产产品相关的专业知识培训。
3.熟悉现行版GMP要求、中国药典以及新版《药品GMP指南》等条款。
4.熟练使用办公室工作软件，如word，Excel，PDF。
