【岗位职责】
1、根据公司年度经营计划及目标，负责定期审核、编制公司安全计划与实施管理方案。
2、协助建立符合公司发展需要的职业健康、安全、环境管理体系，编制各类安全环保制度，工作流程和标准，并监督执行。
3、负责定期召开安全会议，检讨EHS目标的达成情况；对各部门EHS工作进行布置，对各部门专（兼）职EHS人员进行业务指导；探讨公司安全开展情况及后续发展方向，提出改进意见。
4、负责监控公司安全体系的运行状况，使其和公司的经营思路吻合。
5、负责公司所有安全事故的调查，并对单位制定的事故整改措施可行性进行审查，并严格按照事故处理“四不放过”原则进行查处。
6、依据国家、公司安全相关法律法规结合公司现状，负责规对公司内安全投入的必要性提出建议，审核公司安全投入的合理性。
8、负责定期组织对公司各部门进行安全评价，并定期对评价结果进行验收，同时对验收不合格的问题跟踪整改。
9、负责监管外来承包商在公司内安全管理工作，负责对接并落实上级政府部门对公司安全、消防等法规要求，保证公司正常生产经营。
10、上级领导安排的其他工作及时反馈。
【岗位要求】
1、大专以上学历，冶金、化工、环境工程、安全工程等相关专业；
2、5年以上安全岗位工作经验，有危废处置、有色冶金等化工及冶金类行业经验优先；
3、熟悉安环工作和相关法律法规标准及政策，熟悉危化品管理，对化工工艺安全有一定的了解；
4、有注册安全工程师证优先。
