【工作内容】
- 负责对接业务单元的年度预算编制及滚动预测工作，确保预算目标与业务战略保持一致。对预算执行情况进行动态监控，分析实际与预算的差异，识别经营风险并提出改善建议；
- 主导产品报价及报价成本分析，结合市场行情、原材料价格波动、工艺路线变化等因素，提供科学合理的报价建议，支撑销售与采购决策；
- 组织并推进成本改善类项目，跨部门协调研发、生产、采购、物流等团队，推动降本措施落地实施，持续优化产品制造成本结构；
- 承担公司月度成本结账及标准成本体系维护工作，定期开展实际成本与标准成本的差异分析，识别异常波动原因并提出改进建议；
- 对新业务、新项目进行财务可行性分析，测算产品毛利率、项目投资回报率及资金占用成本等。支持业务团队开展资源投入评估及经营复盘工作，协助业务在风险与收益间找到平衡点；
- 持续跟踪行业成本动态与技术发展趋势，结合公司战略目标，制定中长期成本控制规划，助力企业可持续发展。
【任职要求】
- 本科及以上学历，财务、会计、工业工程或相关理工科专业背景，具备扎实的成本核算理论基础；
- 具有2年及以上制造业财务BP相关工作经验，熟悉ERP系统中成本模块操作，具备独立完成成本核算与分析的能力；
- 熟悉产品生命周期成本管理流程，具备较强的逻辑思维能力、数据分析能力和跨部门沟通协调能力；
- 工作认真严谨，责任心强，能承受一定工作压力，适应快节奏的工作环境。
