3.解决小样本学习、长尾分布、实时性要求等业务场景中的复杂问题；
4.参与数据收集、清洗和预处理，进行模型训练、验证及效果评估；
5.将算法集成到业务系统（如视觉系统、工业自动化项目），与产品、数据团队协作推动项目。

任职要求：
1.硕士及以上学历，计算机科学、人工智能、电子工程、数学等相关专业；
2.三年及以上工业自动化领域（计算机视觉）算法研发经验；
3.有实际项目落地经验，能独立完成从数据处理到模型部署的全流程。
