1、根据公司整体质量状况组织质量控制方案，监控产品全程质量，定期评估工艺或控制方案

2、制定产品质量检验标准

3、处理客户反馈，依据反馈改善质量控制

4、总结产品质量问题并推动相关部门及时解决

5、分析工序能力，进行质量改进

6、对不合格品做处理判定

7、协助生产部分析，处理和解决客户质量问题，满足内外部的质量需求，不断提高产品质量满意度

8、制定新产品质量管理计划并监控实施，使新产品质量水平达到预定目标配合技术部门进行新产品试制及质量控制，分析*终产品及过程失效原因并提出改进方案

9、完成公司委派的其他任务

任职要求：

教育程度：大学本科及以上学历，化工、质量相关专业

资质：内审员

经验经历： 2年以上质量管理工作经验或2年以上相关工作经验

技能：熟悉ISO9001体系运作要求，熟悉化工生产质量管理要求；

有较好的语言表达能力、文字组织能力及计算机基础；

有较强的自我学习、组织、管理和协调能力。

其它要求：谨慎、平和稳重；有较强的工作责任心和进取心
