Roles Responsibilities
Responsible fdeveloping managing cross functional, technology led, product focused programs. Manages budgets interfaces with contractors, suppliers, customers internal functions. Manages program resource budget allocation/integration. Manages schedule, budget, tollgate process fNPI, requisition, sustaining programs. Influences the programs to meet customer CTQs.
Typically a 1st line manager of professionals a 2nd line manager of a professional department. Developing specialized knowledge in their discipline. Serves as best practice/quality resource. Has awareness of latest technical developments in own area. Contributes towards strategy policy development, ensure delivery within area of responsibility.
Has in-depth knowledge of best practices how own area integrates with others; has working knowledge of competition the factors that differentiate them in the market
Uses judgment to make decisions solve moderately complex tasks problems in areas of operational/product management, manufacturing, technology engineering. Takes new perspective on existing solutions. Uses technical experience expertise fdata analysis to support recommendations. Uses multiple internal limited external sources outside of own function to arrive at decisions.
Acts as a resource fcolleagues with less experience. May lead small projects with moderate risks resource requirements. Explains difficult sensitive information; works to build consensus. Developing persuasion skills required to influence others on topics within field.
Required Qualifications
This role requires significant experience in the Engineering/Technology & Program Management. Knowledge level is comparable to a Masters degree from an accredited university college ( a high school diploma with relevant experience).
