岗位职责
1.储能系统全栈技术：精通储能系统核心部件（电池Pack/BMS/PCS/EMS）的设计与集成，熟悉热管理、安全防护及效率优化。
2.数据中心电力规范：深刻理解数据中心高压配电、UPS/HVDC、柴油发电机系统，熟悉Tier III+ 及以上可靠性标准及国标GB50174、Uptime Institute认证要求。
3.固态电池专项知识：熟悉固态电池的技术特性、优缺点及其对成组工艺、热管理和安全管理带来的新要求。
任职要求
1.硕士及以上学历，
2.电气工程、电力电子、自动化、能源动力、材料科学（偏向电池方向）等相关专业。
3.8-10年以上新能源或电力行业经验，其中至少5年专注于储能系统集成或大型电力项目。
4.必须具备数据中心场景的UPS或储能系统的实战经验，并主导过完整项目从设计到交付的全流程。
5.熟练使用MATLAB、ETAP等系统仿真与电力分析软件；熟悉国内外储能与数据中心的相关标准与安全认证流程。
6.系统性思维与决策力：能在性能、安全、成本、可扩展性等多重约束下做出架构决策。
7.强大的技术领导力：能够领导技术团队，并作为技术核心与硬件、软件、结构、供应链等多部门高效协同。
8.商业化与沟通能力：能将复杂的客户需求转化为技术方案，并具备良好的沟通能力以支持商业谈判与项目推进。
