岗位职责:
1、负责业务平台后端开发，参与产品架构设计，现产品需求和技术方案设计和落地，关注用户体验，不断改进产品可靠性，
2、参与技术难点攻关，解决系统运行中的性能瓶颈和稳定性问题。
3、编写高质量的技术文档，参与需求评审、设计评审和代码评审。
任职要求:
1、计算机及其相关专业毕业，5年以上Java开发经验熟悉软件产品开发流程和相关工具。
2、精通Java和SQL，熟悉MySQL/PostgreSQL等主流关系型数据库的使用、管理和性能调优;熟悉
SpringBoot、SpringCloud等开源框架的使用，有微服务开发经验;熟悉分布式常用技术的设计与应用;熟悉Redis;熟悉至少一种主流消息中间件(RabbitMQ/RocketMQ/Kafka等)。熟练掌握常见设计模式
3、具备优秀的执行力，具备良好的问题分析与解决能力，能独立解决复杂的技术难题。
4、具备良好的沟通能力，能与产品经理、和测试人员顺畅沟通;具有良好的团队精神和凝聚力。
5、有支付类、物联网硬件、AI算法大模型，电商平台产品或项目经验者优先。
6、掌握一定的前端Vue、React框架者优先。
