岗位职责：
1、负责系统的开发、优化工作，能够独立完成从设计到开发以及上线的全部工作；
2、项目代码编写、不断进行系统优；
3、制定合理的工作计划，并在执行过程中管理风险。
4、负责软件系统后端应用的开发、迭代、维护、测试；
5、负责核心技术问题的攻关、系统优化,协助解决产品/项目开发过程中的技术难题；
6、与前端开发协同完成相关功能的开发与上线。
7、现有系统的维护优化改进，确保项目进度和质量
8、与项目经理、产品经理和测试团队保持良好业务沟通，顺利完成系统开发
9、协助并完成其他各类技术开发任务
岗位要求：
1、计算机或相关专业，大学专科或以上学历，并有3年以上Java相关开发经验；
2、精通JAVA编程，掌握J2EE架构和开发模式，熟悉相关设计模式；
3、熟悉MVC模式，熟悉struts，spring，springmvc , Hibernate、mybatis，redis,springcloud等开源框架，了解主流ORM框架使用；
4、熟悉JSTL/javascript/ajax等WEB技术；
5、熟悉SQL Server，Mysql数据库，有数据库设计经验者优先；
6、熟悉web应用服务器，如nginx、tomcat并能进行相应的操作和配置；
7、了解UML，具有一定的文档编写能力；
8、有较强的学习和沟通能力，良好的团队协作精神，极强的责任心，工作踏实、勤恳，有钻研精神；
9、具具有互联网或大型应用开发经验者优先，具有处理高并发的人才优先，熟悉微服务框架优先，熟悉或在实际项目中使用过Nacos、Redis、Memcache等技术优先。
