1、负责家用、商用空调及热泵变频控制器产品硬件回路设计、PCBlayout、器件选型、调试和试作；
2、负责变频控制器产品硬件可靠性设计、测试方案制定；
3、负责变频控制器产品硬件设计降本，成本控制；
4、负责变频控制器产品硬件新技术调研、引入及开发；
5、负责制定变频控制器设计标准、测试标准。
任职要求
1、本科/硕士，本科及以上学历，电力电子、电气、自动化等相关专业；
2、10年以上空调或热泵变频控制器硬件设计开发经验及量产经验，熟悉模拟电路和数字电路的设计与开发；
3、具有开发5HP至10HP及以上大功率商用空调及热泵变频控制器硬件设计及量产经验；
4、熟悉三相PFC、双路交错式PFC硬件设计，EMC设计；
5、熟悉安规知识及变频器相关国家、国际标准；
6、逻辑思维能力强，具有丰富的故障问题分析解决能力。
