3.熟悉固体力学、材料力学、振动力学、有限元基础、机械原理中的一项或几项，对机械振动、转子动力学、声学音频、产品NVH等一个或几个领域内具有良好的理论基础和经验知识；
4. 三年及以上CAE分析经验，熟悉产品结构应力、振动及疲劳分析，有风力发电设备、高耸结构、风机等结构仿真经验者优先；
5. 有过大型传动机械设备、风力发电设备、吊车、机器人、卡车、电梯、振动试验台、航空等非标机械设备行业相关经验者优先；
6. 力学、风机设计或机械设计本科及以上学历。

岗位职责：
1. 根据实际问题建立合理的有限元模型，对各总成、零部件进行刚度、强度、模态、疲劳寿命、温度场等分析，确保仿真结果准确可靠，并对仿真结果撰写详细的分析报告；
2. 对产品进行改进与优化仿真分析，提出设计改进建议；
3. 与试验部门协商确定试验方案，进行仿真与试验的对标分析工作，并建立相关数据库；
4. 协助完成产品问题分析以及关于有限元方面的咨询与答疑工作。
5. 关注行业动态和技术发展趋势，持续学习和引入先进的仿真技术和方法。
