1、依据部门的工作规划和橡胶性能研究技术团队的工作计划，学习已有的配方仿真技术成果，负责橡胶配方模拟的验证工作，研究橡胶材料热、力学性能的微观机理；
2、依据部门的工作规划和橡胶性能研究技术团队的工作计划，完善现有的仿真技术，积极探索和开发新的橡胶材料分析和测试技术，并对其有效性和适用性进行验证；
3、基于现有技术能力完成需求部门的仿真及测试委托；
4、依据部门的工作规划和橡胶性能研究技术团队的工作计划，实施相关的橡胶性能研究工作（其他材料的测试方法开发）；
5、对处室新员工进行指导和培养，提升其FEA分析能力，为部门培育人才。
任职要求：
1、硕士及以上学历，高分子、力学、材料学等相关专业；
2、有分子动力学模拟相关经验优先，能够熟练使用分子动力学模拟软件（如LAMMPS、Materials Studio等）优先；
3、掌握至少一门计算机语言（如perl、python等）；
4、具有良好的英语读写能力；
5、为人诚实、勤奋、谦虚好学，做事细致、有耐心，责任心强；有较强的沟通能力、问题分析解决能力和团队精神。
