上位机工程师：
主要职责
1、负责脑机接口上位机软件的整体架构设计，确保移动端与电脑端在功能、数据和用户体验上的一致性；2、主导开发用于脑电解码、机器人/外骨骼控制、多模态状态监测、康复训练引导和用户数据管理的移动端应用（Android 或 iOS，或跨平台方案）；3、优化移动应用的性能、功耗和稳定性，确保与硬件的蓝牙/Wi-Fi通信低延迟、高可靠；
4、设计并实现直观、友好的移动端用户界面，适配不同尺寸的移动设备；开发用于参数配置、高级数据分析、康复方案制定和系统诊断的电脑端软件（主要为Windows平台）；
5、设计并开发多外设协同、多进程并行的上位机业务逻辑；
6、实现大数据量的实时图表显示、历史数据回放与导出等功能；
7、设计与下位机（外骨骼主控板、神经调控设备、多模态生理信号监测）的通信方式及协议，负责数据包的解析、封装和校验；
8、构建本地数据库（如SQLite）和云端同步方案，用于存储和管理用户数据、训练日志和设备状态信息；
9、与硬件、算法、固件和产品团队紧密合作，完成软件功能的集成、调试与系统联调；
10、编写单元测试和集成测试用例，参与制定测试标准，确保软件质量。
任职要求
1、计算机科学、软件工程、电子信息等相关专业本科及以上学历，3年以上上位机或相关软件开发经验；
2、有机器人、医疗器械、物联网设备或其他相关产品的上位机软件开发经验者优先；
3、精通 Android 开发（Java/Kotlin）或 iOS 开发（Swift/Objective-C），具备完整的项目上线经验；
4、精通 Flutter/React Native 等跨平台框架，并具有性能优化和原生模块调用的实战经验；
5、深刻理解移动端生命周期、UI/UX设计原则、内存管理和多线程编程；
6、熟练掌握至少一种电脑端开发技术，如 C#/.NET (WPF/WinForms)、Qt (C++) 或 Java FX；
7、具备开发复杂数据可视化界面的能力；
8、精通TCP/IP、UDP、蓝牙BLE等通信协议，有实际的设备联调经验；
9、具备良好的软件设计模式、数据结构与算法基础，代码编写规范；
10、优秀的沟通能力、团队合作精神和解决问题的能力。
