任职要求：
1、本科及以上学历，具有 3 年项目开发经验，有固件开发、摄像头算法、智能硬件或嵌入式开发工作经验者优先；
2、熟练掌握Java/Kotlin编程语言，熟悉Android SDK及常用开发框架；
3、熟悉Android UI开发，掌握常用布局、控件及自定义View；熟悉Android多线程、网络通信、数据存储、串口通信等核心技术；
4、熟悉常用第三方开源库和主流开发框架的原理。熟悉常见的设计模式（如MVP、MVVM等），具备良好的代码架构设计能力；
5、熟悉性能优化工具和方法，如内存优化、卡顿分析、耗电优化等；熟悉JSON/XML、HTTP、TCP/IP等网络协议，熟悉简单的网站后台开发；
6、熟悉Git版本控制工具，了解CI/CD流程；熟悉Jetpack组件（如LiveData、ViewModel、Room、CameraX、Media3等）；
7、了解NDK开发，具备一定的C/C++编程能力；有大型项目开发经验，或参与过高并发、高性能应用开发；对Android系统底层原理有一定了解；
