7、有过分布式业务系统开发经验，熟悉分布式环境下的事务处理机制；
8、具有银行，金融行业工作经验优先；
9、熟悉JVM的性能调优和系统优化；
10、对分布式服务、数据库分库分表有过相关开发经验。
