职责：
1. 参与项目的详细设计和技术文档的编写；
2. 负责日常需求的开发，保质保量完成业务功能迭代；
3. 负责和第三方的沟通交流，对接技术方案、排查问题，提供相关技术支持；
4. 协助完成项目的联调测试、问题修复、系统交付及上线落地工作。

岗位要求
1. 计算机相关专业，3年左右Java后端研发工作经验；
2. 熟悉Java核心技术栈，熟悉Spring、Springboot、Springcloud、Mybatis等主流开源框架；
3. 熟悉分布式系统业务开发，具备JVM调优、缓存使用、多线程、分布式架构、消息中间件等技术积累；
4. 熟练使用Redis、RabbitMQ等常用中间件，理解业务落地场景；
5. 学习能力强，适应能力好，具备耐心、细心的品质，具备良好的团队合作精神和承受压力的能力；
6. 具备规范的编码习惯，逻辑清晰，拥有良好的需求理解、沟通及问题表达能力。

加分项
1. 熟练使用AI工具辅助开发，能够利用AI完成代码编写、逻辑优化、Bug排查、文档生成等工作，具备AI提效开发思维者优先；
2. 有高并发、分布式项目实战落地经验者优先。
