2、熟悉常用的设计模式、多线程编程、NIO模型，具备良好的编码风格；
3、熟悉高性能、高并发、高可用性分布式系统设计，熟悉springboot、springcloud、RPC、缓存、消息队列、负载均衡、Nginx等，并能进行系统的调优和优化；
4、熟悉JVM，包括内存模型、类加载机制以及性能优化；
5、熟悉MySQL数据库，有数据库调优经验，熟悉主流NoSQL数据库；
6、熟悉linux服务器部署，熟悉CI/CD，熟悉jenkins，熟悉k8s；
7、有上进心和主动性，良好的敬业精神和团队沟通协作能力，思维清晰、做事细心、责任心强、能承受工作压力。
