岗位职责：
1.负责公司EHS管理体系文件（程序文件、作业指导书、记录表格等）的编制、修订、发放、回收和归档工作，确保文件版本受控、有效。
2.收集、整理、归档各类EHS记录，包括安全检查、培训、应急演练、事故调查、职业健康监测等，并定期进行数据统计与分析，编制基础报告。
3.协助组织安排EHS培训、会议及应急演练，负责前期准备、人员通知、签到记录、资料整理及会议纪要的撰写与分发。
4.协助跟踪*新的EHS法律法规、标准及其他要求，更新公司法规清单；协助办理各类安全、环保行政许可的申请、延期和变更手续。
5.作为EHS部门的联络点，与内部其他部门（如生产、研发、人力资源）进行日常EHS事务沟通；协助处理与相关政府部门的文书往来和事务性对接。
6.管理EHS部门的办公用品、劳保用品、应急物资的台账，负责部门的采购申请、费用报销等日常行政工作，负责工厂的行政管理、文职支持和协调等工作。
任职要求：
1.本科及以上学历，安全工程、环境科学、行政管理、文秘等相关专业优先。
2.有EHS或行政文秘相关工作经验。
3.具备基本的EHS基础知识，对《安全生产法》、《环境保护法》等有初步了解。
4.精通Microsoft Office办公软件，具备优秀的书面和口头表达能力，能高效地撰写报告和进行工作沟通。
