岗位职责：
1. 负责光通信模块内部相关Driver/TIA/CDR等高速光通信电芯片产品的技术支持工作；
2. 前期负责与客户进行相关产品的技术交流，充分了解并分析客户需求，完成产品对客户的推广和演示，拓展新的市场机会，推动产品设计以及挖掘潜在的产品设计项目，为客户提供完整的芯片解决方案；
3. 在芯片量产出货阶段，提供必要的技术跟踪与支持，协助QC部门处理可能的FA问题，以及为相应的PCN提供技术支持；
4. 与公司内部的技术研发、测试应用、销售市场各部门沟通协调，确保客户需求的实现。

任职要求：
1. 光通信光模块相关三年及以上研发或技术支持经验，本科及以上学历，电子或通信类相关专业；
2. 具备扎实的光模块类芯片研发应用基础，对光通信系统及其高速光模块有较深入的理解和认识，有芯片研发或现场测试经验者优先；
3. 良好的英语读写能力，具备英语听说能力者优先。
4. 能适应短期出差，常态驻地-苏州往返；
5. 积极主动，善于学习，有团队合作精神，良好的沟通和表达能力，愿与公司长期发展;
6. 具备较强的沟通表达能力，善于与客户沟通；具备较强的分析问题、解决问题的能力；
7. 具备较强的资源协调能力及客户服务的意识，工作积极主动、细致，具备高度的责任心。
