1、负责在线教育类CRM等系统模块的开发、测试，负责核心业务的逻辑实现及优化；
2、基于需求分析，进行技术可行性分析和方案评审，选择合适的技术选型，编码开发，实现业务需求；
3、对开发中和部署后的程序进行必要的维护和迭代，保障系统稳定、高可用；
4、对编码进行阶段性的讨论和CodeReview，并通过调试优化。
职位要求
-1年以上研发工作经验，具有计算机相关领域专业本科及以上学历
-精通Java语言，精通Spring、Spring Boot等常见开发框架，理解JVM原理
-熟悉大型分布式系统的设计和应用，具有多线程、高并发的开发经验，熟悉缓存、消息中间件等
-熟练使用SQL，能够进行SQL优化、缓存Redis、消息队列MQ等组件相关技术
-具备优秀的代码阅读能力和编码能力，处理线上问题思路清晰，有良好的沟通能力，善于分析和解决问题，有较强的团队协作精神和责任心
-具有CRM系统开发经验者优先
