岗位职责:
1、负责基于Python的后端系统开发，包括但不限于数据处理、API设计、系统优化等。
2、参与ABM（Agent-Based Modeling，基于智能体建模）相关框架的设计与开发，实现高效的智能体交互和模拟环境。
3、参与多智能体系统的建模、仿真和实验，优化智能体行为和决策逻辑。
4、设计并优化后端架构，提高系统的稳定性、扩展性和性能。
任职要求:
1、计算机、人工智能、自动化等相关专业本科及以上学历，三年以上使用Python进行服务端开发的经验，且熟悉Docker的使用和配置；
2、与前端、算法和数据团队协作，推动系统集成与业务需求落地。
3、熟练掌握Django、Flask、FastApi、Gradio等主流框架，深入理解框架实现原理及特性
4、拥有性能优化、内存管理和多线程编程方面的实践经验
加分项：
1、有音视频流媒体平台、数字人等开发经验
2、熟悉特定的ABM框架（如Mesa、Repast等），有强化学习仿真环境开发经验
