岗位职责：

1、负责公司HSE&E体系的建立和维护，并制定持续改进的目标和实现目标的方法。

2、负责按照OHSAS18001&ISO14001体系的要求执行公司的HSE目标，协调做好每日/周/月的安全检查，及时纠正各类事故隐患。

3、保持跟踪与HSE相关的地方法律和法规动态，提出主动措施，确保完全遵守法律规定。

4、及时报告所有的职业疾病和损伤事件，参与相关的调查，以确保找到根本原因，并在现场采取主动的纠正措施。

5、负责新建、扩建、改建项目环境影响评价、安全评价、职业健康评价，负责监督环保、安全、健康设备、设施“三同时”的落实和竣工验收；

6、负责制定和更新各类安全管理程序，协调监督各部门、工厂执行安全规章制度。

7、维护和管理健康，安全和环境（HSE）管理制度，确保有一个安全的工作环境；给公司管理层提供HSE&E管理方面意见，保证公司运营的合规性；承担本公司的HSE&E顾问；协调整体的HSE&E流程的正常进行。

任职要求：

1、全日制本科及以上学历，安全工程、环境工程类相关专业。

2、2年及以上相关工作经验、对EHS管理有一定认知。
