4. 积极与设备工程师沟通相关生产技术、工艺等问题, 优化生产制程及工艺控制, 参与工装夹具、设备评审和验收;
5.生产线跟进、现场改善、项目改善推动、产线布局优化、工位的分析并持续改进、执行效率提升、成本降低、物流与布局优化、快速换线、提升生产效率、生产人力配置及优化、节省成本等工作
6. 其它主管安排的工作任务等.
岗位要求：
1. 工业工程专业大专以上学历
2. 2年以上PCBA/SMT电子行业IE工作经验,熟悉新旧产品跟进及电子产品工艺
3. IE基础知识扎实,熟悉工时测量,成本控制,物流分析与产能评估等
4. 具备良好的问题分析, 解决能力,自学能力强及团队合作意识.
5.英语水平良好，达到CET四级
6.熟悉精益生产的基本技能,会精益生产线设计或工装夹具设计优先
