一、岗位职责:
1.负责生产指令单、产品领料维护、寄库产品及出库产品的质量要求、成品入库等。
2.负责生产全过程的监督、依据生产计划制定现场监督人员，及现场监督检查员现场监督情况，寄库产品入库前检查。
3.负责中间产品、成品、抽样、验证、稳定性样品取样要求制定。
4.与产品生产相关的取样、检验结果的跟踪（包材、原料、工艺用水、产品、表面微生物、返工、残留量、验证）。
5.确认产品返工方案、跟踪检查返工方案的执行情况、产品返工相关记录统计整理，确保返工后产品符合质量要求。
6.负责制定不合格品处理方案，跟踪方案的执行情况、相关记录整理汇总。
7.负责本部门及其它部门跟质量相关的文件审核；负责对本部门验证方案的审核。
8.负责协助领导配合上海市药检所（市抽）及国家局（国抽）的抽样工作，提供抽样所需相关资料。
9.与GMP自检小组的成员一起，完成本公司年度的各次自检工作。
10.查看各部门提交的变更资料，确认是否按照接受标准要求完成变更工作。
11.负责本部门需请购的办公用品询价登记，询价流程完成后通知上订单。
12.负责对生产异常情况及时跟踪处理；巡更、监控系统维护管理及产品退货、召回、投诉的管理；净化系统、工艺用水、工艺用气等公用系统制定监测计划，并跟踪实施等。
13.参与药品安全监测相关工作。
二、任职要求:
1. 本科及以上学历，生物或药学相关专业。
2.3年以上生物医药行业QA相关工作经验
3.熟练掌握Word/Excel/PowerPoint等办公软件。
4.熟悉GMP、质量管理规范的要求和质量管理的方法。
5.工作态度认真、负责、严谨，善于学习和沟通，有较强的抗压力。
6.原则性强，有较强的逻辑思维能力和执行力。
