1、大专及以上学历，三年及以上制造型企业EHS工作经验。
2、熟悉ISO14001、ISO45001、EHS相关法律法规。
3、良好语言表达能力，良好的组织、协调、沟通、判断解决问题的能和较强的责任心。
岗位职责与工作内容
1. 负责公司环保、安全、职业健康、消防、特种设备管理工作，贯彻执行政府及上级的指示、规定、标准、规章制度等，并检查督促执行，接受相应监督管理部门的检查和指导；
2. 参与公司新、改、扩建项目建设，主导评价报告及竣工验收工作；
3. 负责推动安全生产标准化建设，负责相关台账梳理、存档，组织定级评审；
4. 组织参与拟定安全、环保、职业卫生、消防、特种设备规章制度、操作规程、应急预案；
5. 拟定安全、环保、职业卫生、消防、特种设备培训教育计划，并组织实施；
6. 拟定各项应急处置演练计划，并参与实施；
7. 拟定各项合规检测（含职业健康检查）计划，并组织实施；
8. 负责相关方、施工方审查及入厂监督检查；
9. 负责拟定安全检查、专项检查、隐患排查计划，并组织实施；
10. 组织推进风险分级管控、隐患排查治理体系建设；
11. 负责职业禁忌症人员的及时调离，建立和完善职业健康监护档案；
12. 负责督促各部门履行安全生产职责，并组织考核、提出奖惩意见；
13. 参与事故应急救援和调查处理；
14. 负责危废、职业卫生、安全风险、消防等系统填报及台账维护存档；
15.其他上级安排的工作。
